At L’Relyea Events, we believe that planning your wedding should be a joyous experience. We are an all-encompassing planning firm that offers a collaborative approach to planning and designing your wedding. Specializing in Wine Country weddings and destination weddings, we bring a fresh and personal approach to every wedding we take on.

 With you making the final decisions, we guide you through the planning process from start to finish with our industry knowledge, expertise and partnerships. We take on a limited number of weddings each year to invest our time and creativity on cultivating each event with great care.

ONE.

Our wedding weekend package was created for the couple who is seeking a unique and cohesive experience with design and complete management throughout the entire wedding weekend. With our creative director, Lindsey Relyea Richardson, as your expert local planner, guiding you with the best selections of locations and activities to create a truly memorable destination wedding in Wine Country. Your wedding weekend will be planned, customized and executed to a degree of perfection where the little details are never to be forgotten. We find it is best to partner with you in the beginning of your planning process to fully orchestrate the wedding of your dreams with the highest caliber of service. We will assist you with planning 3 events of your choice on your wedding weekend.

At this level of planning we are highly involved in every aspect of your wedding, guiding you through the  entire process. Once we understand your vision, we will present you with a customized design plan and the creation of a comprehensive budget. Our services include; budget guidance, sourcing and management of accommodations, administration of vendor contracts and communication, and unlimited access to L’Relyea Events through routine planning sessions. Through our designs, we engage in all visual aspects of your event, including: design layouts and floor plans, paper goods, lighting, furnishings, accessories, floral design, custom table top components, ceremony decor, ceiling decor, tenting, draping and linens. From a customized design and comprehensive budget, we will guide you through each element of planning to help you make valuable selections. As your personal wedding visionary we will create an authentic and unforgettable wedding. Your wedding day should be joyous, so you can rest assured that we will be here every step of the way to handle the details, logistics and organization of your wedding.

ASSOCIATE PLANNING

ONE.

With one of our Associate team members, median wedding planning is available for the couple who has a vision for their wedding but may not have the time or expertise to do it completely on their own. At this level of service, we provide planning expertise and creative guidance throughout the planning of your wedding, along with refining your design concept and recommendations for reputable vendors. We engage in planning sessions beginning at the time our services are retained with unlimited access to L’Relyea Events is a small part of what you can expect from us. 

Associate Packages are Customized per Couple

ASSOCIATE PLANNING

TWO.

With one of our Associate team members, our basic planning service focuses on the basic coordination elements of your wedding. With this level of service, we will join you 3 months prior to your wedding day to assist in the final details {such as, but not limited to: detailed schematic of venue and set-up details. orchestrated timeline, communication & logistics with vendors, ceremony direction and flow}. We are more than just your day-of-planner, we act as a liaison between you and your vendors to communicate your needs and ensure that your vision is executed flawlessly. 

 Wedding Coordination Investment $3,000

If you have yet to find the perfect wedding location, our Venue Scouting package is great for couples getting started in the process. We start by getting to know your style and vision for the wedding day and select qualified venues to suit. Following our day(s) together, we provide you with detailed information about each venue {such as: what’s included per venue, what’s required per venue, suggestions we have at those venues, and further helpful notes} so you can make a confident decision in comparing venues. Hopefully by the end of our day together, we have established trust and a great relationship and you are interested in bringing us on board to be apart of your wedding planning dream team. For Wine Country, we coordinate a lovely day of venue tours, lunch and wine tastings which is a great opportunity for us to get to know you and talk through variables at each venue while painting a picture of how the wedding day/weekend would flow. The service price is per day, which typically includes 4-5 venues {depending on the distance in between locations}.
