At L’Relyea Events, we believe that planning your wedding should be a joyous experience. We are an all-encompassing planning firm that offers a collaborative approach to planning and designing your wedding. Specializing in Wine Country weddings and destination weddings, we bring a fresh and personal approach to every wedding we take on.
With you making the final decisions, we guide you through the planning process from start to finish with our industry knowledge, expertise and partnerships. We take on a limited number of weddings each year to invest our time and creativity on cultivating each event with great care.
The weddings we produce are unique in style, budget and goals though we do understand the benefits of setting expectations. You can expect to spend a minimum of $1,000 per person for your wedding. Depending on your goals and selections, we do often find this amount increases. We offer budget guidance as part of our services and management of your budget is available within our full service scope. Our services are best achieved when allocated to 10-15% of your total wedding budget.
COLLECTION 1
COORDINATION
Includes coordination and execution for the wedding day celebration. This package is best suited for clients who feel comfortable & excited to take on the bulk of the planning themselves but need help wrapping it all up in a pretty bow in the final stretch!

Our partial planning package is meant for clients who have started their wedding planning journey and need help in facilitating the event as a whole, and whom feel ready to hand pieces over to the professionals. This package is intended to be a collaborative client & planner effort to pull the event together.

We have 2 dedicated planners you will be working with throughout planning, along with our team of onsite professionals to close out the wedding day. This is the perfect package for those who want thorough help from start to finish, and who see the value in handing over your vision to trusted professionals.

Á LA CARTE SERVICES
DESIGN ~ $2,000/event
At L’Relyea Events, it is no secret that design is our fortè. We love everything about it, and we are honored when clients trust us to bring their design vision to life. For some clients, they come to us with no vision, and we collaborate to find it with them. Design services include: design questionnaire with follow up discovery call, custom design board & brand kit (revisions included), vendor matching, 2 design meetings, management of design rentals, design collaboration on all printed materials and full creative direction.
VENUE SCOUTING ~ $1,000/event
Let us help you secure the best vetted venue for your goals. We will send you a venue questionnaire and use your feedback to customize a carefully selected list of 5 venues that we feel best suit your wants & needs for your big day. We will assist in scheduling site visits for your top 3 venues of choice, and will join you to ensure no questions or details are missed. We will debrief on a follow up call to select your perfect venue.
Please note that revisions are not Included, and should you want a second venue search, the price would apply. If you choose to hire us for wedding services after the completion of our venue scouting services, your $1,000 payment will be applied towards your planning package of choice.
ADDITIONAL EVENT ~ $2,500/event
If you need help with your rehearsal dinner, post wedding brunch, or any other wedding weekend events, we would be honored to assist. Our services include: venue scouting, planning coordination, design, & day of support with 1 LRE team member for 5 hours.
Please note that after 100 guests, a $50 per person fee will apply for our services.
VENDOR SEARCH ~ $1,500
If you want more customized vendor recommendation and assistance getting proposals for your event, we can provide a vendor search for you. This service includes: vendor searches for 3 vendor categories, each category includes 5 vendor recommendations and detailed information on each vendors offerings. We will schedule a call to discuss your initial feedback, and request proposals from your top 2 choices in each category. Upon selection of vendors, we will review contracts for your 3 vendor choices before you officially hire them.
Should you want more vendor search categories, you can add them on for $500/category.
BUDGET & PAYMENT MANAGEMENT ~$2,000
We know that understanding and creating a budget for your wedding can be not only overwhelming, but kind of a shot in the dark for most. We come In and bring our expertise about costs & expenses of Wine Country events to create a custom budget based on your bottle line, as well as wedding priorities. We will schedule a discovery call to discuss the breakdown of budgeting needs and better understand your wants & needs for your big day. We know you are Investing a lot of money Into this day and we want to make sure you feel educated, supported & guided along the way! Once a budget is created we will manage it from start to finish, ensuring we are updating actual amounts, keeping track of payment due dates (with necessary payment reminders) and updating the budget as needed.
CONTRACT REVIEW ~ $500
Another piece that tends to feel overwhelming to our clients is understanding how to review their many vendor contracts. With our professional expertise, we will happily do this for you to ensure YOU, the client, are protected and understand the potential added costs, red flags or contract errors (such as date, time, etc). This is a comprehensive package that includes contract reviewing for ALL of your wedding contracts.
Please note that this is inclusive of your wedding day contracts only. Should you need assistance with contract reviewing for other events, the same fee will apply.
